Learning is the core process of how businesses get better. Leadership development isn't a nice to have. It's not a reward. It should not be 'discretionary' spending. Especially not now. We believe that effective impactful leadership development is the primary requirement of the agile organisation. Of the company that is ready to respond and grow. Those that are ready to meet the evolving needs of their customers and stakeholders.
